Cancellation and Rescheduling In-car Lessons

Students must provide minimum 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule in-vehicle lessons
Notice must be given directly to the assigned instructor
Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $50 make-up lesson fee

Students must bring the following items to every in-vehicle lesson:

Missed Lessons Due to Student Unpreparedness

Lessons cancelled due to student failing to bring required items will be charged as a full lesson fee
No refund or credit will be provided for such cancellations
Students must reschedule and pay for a replacement lesson

BDE Course Requirements and Completion

Students must complete the full driver education program in accordance with Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) standards, which consists of:

20 hours of theory instruction, 10 hours of home study assignments & 10 hours of in-vehicle instruction
All course components must be completed within one (1) year from the enrollment date
Students who fail to complete the course within this timeframe will not receive certification
Students requiring additional time beyond one year must re-enroll and pay the full course fee to restart the program
Students must achieve a minimum score of 70% on both:
Theory examinations and In-vehicle practical assessments

Failure to meet these minimum requirements will result in non-certification and may require additional instruction at the student's expense.

Withdrawal After Course Commencement

Students who withdraw after beginning the course are entitled to a refund calculated as follows:

Total course fee minus completed instruction hours (at hourly rate) minus $75 administration and materials fee
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of written withdrawal notice

No refund will be provided for students who:
